How does it work?
There are 11 modules in the course. Each module contains between three and twenty six video lectures that you can watch at any time that’s convenient for you. Most lectures are between 5 and 10 minutes long, and they’re all available online.

Jack and I have always got the guitar in our hands and I’m constantly demonstrating with examples. This is a very visual course, it’s very easy to follow. (You will have NO guesswork!) Dozens of the lessons have downloadable PDF's with chordboxes that supplement the main video lesson.

As a LeadMaster student we see you as a 'VIP', so if you ever get stuck, or have a question, you can email us and we'll respond quickly to any questions you may have.

Do I have to show up at a particular place or a particular time?
No, the entire course happens online, and you can take it from any place where you have an internet connection. All lectures are prerecorded so you can watch them at any time that works for you. 

Of course, you can also enjoy all the lectures on your smartphone or tablet.

Do the videos need to be downloaded? Does it take up memory on my computer/phone/tablet?
No. The course is hosted entirely on Vimeo's industry-leading servers. You don’t need to download anything and it won’t take up any memory on your device.
Is the course transferable from one device to another?

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I learn at my own pace?
Yes. Every part of the membership can be enjoyed at your own pace. (The only part of the membership that happens 'live' is the livestreams, but you can watch them on-demand afterwards if you prefer.)
How do you handle time zone differences for the livestreams?
With a global audience there's no easy solution to the time difference challenges, but we do 3 things to mitigate the problem:

1) We rotate the livestreams so they take place at different times. We can't make EVERY call take place at a convenient time for you, but at least SOME of the calls will be. 😊

2) The livestreams are available to watch on-demand afterwards. If you can't attend live, you can watch it later, at a time that's convenient for you.

3) You can submit your questions before the livestream, so you don't have to be physically online to pose a question or contribute to the discussion. (E.g. if the livestream is taking place in the middle of the night for your time zone.) You question will still be addressed and you can watch the livestream later, when it's most convenient for you.

Why is the price in US dollars? How much does it cost in my currency?

My internet connection speed is slow! Can I still take part?
Your connection needs to be fast enough to stream video. We can't increase your internet speed of course, but you can change the stream quality of our videos (by clicking the cog icon in the corner of our videos), which makes them work better on slower connections. It's not ideal, but it's a workaround that helps some of our students that live in rural locations.
